Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of Lookalike and its search, targeting, export, AI-assisted drafting, and public SEO page features.
Use of the service
Lookalike is a workspace product for generating lookalikes, organizing targets, exporting contacts, drafting outreach content, and publishing SEO landing pages. You may only use the service for lawful business purposes and only with data you are entitled to process.
Accounts and team workspaces
You are responsible for activity performed under your account and within your workspace, including invited team members, exports, generated messages, imports, and publication of public SEO pages.
Submitted data
You may submit LinkedIn URLs, CSV files, CRM mapping data, target notes, and other workspace content. You are responsible for ensuring submitted data is accurate, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for your intended use.
Generated content
AI-generated messages, comments, summaries, and similar outputs are assistive tools only. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before using it in outreach, publication, or exports.
Integrations and exports
Exports to systems such as Freshsales, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are subject to the configuration and rules of those third-party platforms. Once data is exported, their systems and terms also apply.
Billing and limits
Paid access is based on subscribed lookalike volume and related product quotas. Features may be limited or paused if payment fails, quota is exhausted, or the subscription is changed or cancelled.
Public SEO pages
Lookalike can create public-facing people and company pages from workspace data and graph relationships. Workspace admins are responsible for reviewing publication status, images, copy, and any public edits before publishing.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, employment, consumer, or data protection rules, or to abuse third-party platforms, scrape protected content unlawfully, or impersonate other people.
Changes
We may update the service, pricing, quotas, integrations, and these terms over time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
